All payments and copays are due at the beginning of services. Unless you sign up for autopay through Resonance Therapy, LLC

No Show Policy 
Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you do not provide 24-hour notice or you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. 

Wait-List
At this time the waitlist has been closed due to the high level of contact. Due to the length of the waitlist and the lack of available spots, it is in your best interest to continue to look for treatment elsewhere. 

*Increases are always related to clinicians' expansion of clinical training and knowledge. Further fee increases in the future will take place based on obtention of full licensure (LCSW).
